Postage & Delivery
Our UK Postage options and rates are as follows:
- Parcels up to 250g in weight – £1.99 Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter/Small Parcel with proof of posting.
- Parcels 250g – 1kg in weight – £3.50 Tracked Courier (3-5 day delivery from dispatch).
- Parcels 1-2kg in weight – £4.25 Tracked Courier (3-5 day delivery from dispatch).
- Parcels 3+ kg in weight – £5.00 Tracked Courier (3-5 day delivery from dispatch).
- BFPO Parcels up to 2kg in weight – £11.00 – HM Forces Special Delivery, Royal Mail.
- Order value exceeding £50 qualifies for Free UK Postage.
- Customer collection from our Norwich address (Longwater) is welcomed at a pre-arranged mutually convenient time.
Because of the costs involved we reserve the right to make an additional charge if a parcel is returned to us uncollected/not deliverable and has to be sent out a second time.
We also ship worldwide. The cost of international shipping is based upon the weight of the parcel and delivery destination. Therefore please contact us for a postage quote.
In line with consumer contracts regulations you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving your goods. You are responsible for the cost of return of any goods and any associated risks when returning them. It is therefore recommended that you send any returns by insured and tracked posting. We cannot be held responsible for any items returned to us that go missing.
Wriggles & Giggles offers you a 28 days refund policy of unused and unwashed goods (please note that pre washed items are no longer classed as unused or unwashed). All returned items must be in their original packaging and sealed items must have the seal still in tact.
Where you are returning an item(s) that were part of a large order, you will receive a refund for any increased postage costs incurred had you not ordered the returned item in the first place. Equally, if you qualified for cheaper or free postage by ordering this item but then return it and it takes you below the cheaper or free postage rate, postage costs will then be taken off of your refund.
Where returning an entire order we’ll refund for the items but no postage you paid unless you are returning the items within 14 days of receiving your order, as per the consumer contracts regulations . Outside of these 14 working days any returns, where your order qualified for free postage, will have the original postage cost deducted from your refund amount.
Personalised, custom made items and sized baltic amber items and items advertised/purchased as ‘seconds’ quality are are excluded from our refund policy.
Washed or used items (this includes pre-washing) are not eligible for return. You may be able to sell these items on via relevant loacl and/or national selling pages/forums.
If you return items that have been used or washed then your application for a refund will be rejected and you will be required to pay to have the item(s) returned to you. Otherwise any such item(s) will be donated to our local nappy library or Children’s centre.
In the instance of a faulty item please contact us immediately so that an exchange or a return and refund can be arranged.
The postage cost of returning faulty items will be refunded to you however, we do ask that you send faulty items back via the cheapest method available. Please note, the Post Office and most couriers will provide you with a receipt/proof of posting regardless of the class of service you are using with them. Therefore, please do not send the items via higher priced methods of posting as we will be unable to refund the postage on these methods. Standard 3-5 day courier delivery or Royal Mail 2nd class parcels services are the ones to use please.
If goods are returned as “faulty” but we find that they are not faulty we reserve the right not to reimburse the postage.
